LegState provides a package that is preinstalled on its DEMO systems, to showcase to the business what the solution consists of, and along with our experts' experience, to demonstrate the solution provided is a "best practice" that bypasses the traditional implementation approach and reduces the mistakes and the vast efforts of analyzing and understanding the requirements and the process of implementing it from scratch.

The package consists of the following key features:

• Trip Record – to provide a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for operational applications and processes using a generic API for all operating systems

• SmartDOC architecture – offers templates and data upload tools to accelerate ground operation data and a fully scalable solution. It enables airlines to incur direct operational costs at source based on the transactional data, to assign the costs on demand to a specific flight, sector, and network, and to provide route profitability analysis on each level.  Almost all processes are executed automatically although in exceptional cases will be verified by human users using simple dedicated Fiori-based screens.

• Contribution to RPA (Route Profitability Analyses) reports, including direct operating costs and fuel consumption.

• Finally, is the Invoice cockpit – for an intelligent Invoice upload mechanism to process Direct /Semi Operational Costs invoices.
